Ambius Norway announces acquisition of Dalens Plantservice AS

Ambius Norway today announces the acquisition of Dalens Plantservice AS, including the entire plant portfolio.

Commenting on the acquisition, Gyri Dahl, Country Manager for Ambius Norway, said "Dalens Plantservice AS is the oldest supplier of Plants and interior landscaping in Oslo and Akerhus. It has significant experience in the segment and will undoubtedly be an asset in driving Ambius’ growth in Norway."

Heimo Matikainen, Managing Director of Dalens Plantservice AS will join the business and he commented "I am delighted to be joining the Ambius team and look forward to the opportunities that lie ahead as part of this expanded business."

All five Dalens Plantservice AS personnel will transfer their operations to the Ambius headquarters in Oslo in the near future.

This acquisition reaffirms Ambius as the leading Interior Landscaper in Norway. Ambius’ products and services in Norway include Interior Plants, Artwork, Ambient Scenting and Fresh Fruit Delivery.
